Job Duties::

As a Project Coordinator working on the Engineering team, you will be empowered and inspired to do your best work. You will contribute to our mission by helping to create unique solutions to challenges. A typical day for you will include:

  • Coordinating internal project activities to show what is on track, completed and at risk.

  • Maintaining all project documentation and customer sign offs.

  • Interacting with the operations team to coordinate orders within the ERP system from order entry to shipment.

  • Leading interaction with the warehouse team on all product in/out logistics.

  • Tracking project finances.

  • Assisting Project Leaders and Managers to complete required internal documentation such as manual purchase orders, and product set ups.

  • Developing design drawings in AutoCAD in partnership with the project leader & manager.

  • Performing all other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements::

(ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED)

  • College Diploma or University Degree is required.

  • Ability to interact with field personnel, management and customers is required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.
