Plan, direct and manage the activities of the EndoTherapy Territory Managers and Clinical EndoTherapy Specialists.
Maintain responsibility for Revenue growth of disposable products and all ancillary products as well as overall profitability of his/her region.
Maintain responsibility for the recruitment, hiring, training, development and disciplinary activity for his/her direct reports.
Support the company’s HR and Professional Ethics policies and programs.
Plan and conducts periodic regional sales meetings to educate, train and stimulate his/her direct reports.
Develop business plan consistent with the direction of MSG leadership and the Area Vice President.
Conduct weekly Cadence Calls to identify and qualify opportunities and move business through the process to successful completion.
Ensure full participation in the CRM program by the EndoTherapy Territory Mangers and Clinical EndoTherapy Specialists.
Maintain a deep understanding of the regional business opportunities and can delivers an accurate sales forecast based on this knowledge to the Area Vice President on a monthly basis.
Identify opportunities for growth across all MSG businesses and communicates with the Enterprise Solutions personnel where possible leveraging opportunities may lie.
Coordinate and direct the daily activity of the EndoTherapy Territory Managers and Clinical EndoTherapy Specialists and other field support personnel to increase sales and maximize customer satisfaction.
Establish and maintain positive business relationships with physicians, nurses and hospital administrators.
Cultivate, promote and maintain Health Care Professional relationships on behalf of MSG within the Region by periodic personal visits.
Maintain a productive and beneficial relationship with clinicians and business executives within the Region.
Assure all EndoTherapy Territory Managers and Clinical EndoTherapy Specialists are up to date and compliant with all asset tracking initiatives.
Develop and maintain working knowledge of the region’s individual territories.
Represent top management as an advocate of the company and the division to all field personnel.
Control travel budgets of region.
Provide input and trend information to management and marketing personnel through weekly bullet reports, Cadence Calls and frequent interaction with corporate personnel.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Maintain knowledge of the endoscopy and related disposable device business, medical business and hospital network system is a plus.
Maintain an exemplary reputation among peers in order to provide leadership. Must be able to implement territorial, regional, divisional and corporate objectives for MSG.
Understand all business and financial applications relating to the EndoTherapy Divisional goals, strategic and overall business to drive revenue and profit growth.
Perform all other essential duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience as a proven successful Sales Representative in a related field is required.
People management experience is preferred.
Clinical or medical device selling/marketing experience strongly is desired.
Must have proven track record of success.
Proficiency in developing and following quarterly and annual business plans is necessary.
Strong closing skills are essential.
Ability to maintain and expand existing disposable \"run rate\" businesses is preferred.
Must work well in teams.
Specialized knowledge of human anatomy/physiology and related diseases of the body where Olympus products might be utilized is preferred.
Experience with and is comfortable with CRM software (Salesforce) is desired.
Excellent oral and written communication/interpersonal skills are a must.
Must have demonstrated leadership and coaching ability.
Strong procedural and product knowledge is necessary.
Strong understanding of customer base and business environment is essential.
Must have excellent computer skills—Word, Outlook, Excel.
Openness to relocation is preferred.
Nationwide - The Regional Vice President, EndoTherapy oversees, manages and directs a regional sales and support team for all EndoTherapy disposable and accessory sales activity. The incumbent is the regional facilitator, with a geographical influence on the overall Olympus business strategy, with a focus on GI accessory sales to hospitals and ASC’s. He/she is responsible for revenue growth of all EndoTherapy products, market share growth, and Average Daily Demand growth. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining relationships with the Health Care Professionals within his/her geographical responsibility, and working closely with their Olympus Capital RVP counterpart.
