As a Senior Financial Analyst working on the ISM team, you will be empowered and inspired to do your best work. You will contribute to our mission with key decision analysis, accurate budgeting and forecasting and a keen understanding of the business. A typical day for you will include: working with all levels of the organization to analyze KPIs, metrics, and costs, interactions with corporate finance, reporting for ExCom meetings, and month end close.
Preparing and communicating to management financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Gathering and analyzing data to identify opportunities and risks and make business recommendations.
Making accounting entries for month end and quarter close and prepare reconciliations.
Providing monthly commentaries on P&L fluctuations.
Preparing the annual budget and forecast.
Providing transaction backup and respond to questions from internal and external auditors and Corporate as required.
Loading financial information into Hyperion and ERP system for actual, forecast, and budget.
Working on ad hoc projects as needed, ex. capacity planning, quote vs actual analysis, customer support and quality patterns, overall efficiency analysis, etc.
Serving as Administrator for ERP system.
(ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED)
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance is required; MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 4 years of experience with analysis and problem solving is required.
Excel, NetSuite and Hyperion experience is preferred.

The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for performing financial analyses, account reconciliation and supporting the budgeting and forecasting the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. The incumbent will also create and distribute financial reports to members of the senior management team.
