Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge and experience in creative development and design services is required.
Minimum of 5 years experience designing video, web or other multimedia content for deployment online is required.
Knowledge of creating, editing, synchronizing and/or recording both audio and video for e-learning courses and multimedia content.
Expert knowledge of creative development software such as Articulate and Adobe Creative products.
Knowledge of web and creative design and online deployment of creative content.
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles and best practices.
Knowledge of course development processes.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Polished communication skills, active listener, and ability to synthesize high level information.
Strong analytical skills, ability to create viable solutions, innovation, and ability to execute flawlessly.
Enjoys working in a fast paced changing environment; ability to be flexible and resilient.

As an Associate Manager, Learning Media Designer working on the Professional Education team, you will be empowered and inspired to do your best work. You will contribute to our mission by designing and contributing to the creation of educational content. A typical day for you will include:
Working closely with subject matter experts i.e. clinical educator team, product marketing, and HCP consultants to build and update effective educational website, online training programs, and live course web materials
Leading the design and development of dynamic instructional interactions, simulations and other content to create interactive, engaging course content, simulations for software, tools etc.
Managing related projects to ensure timely completion of deliverables and effectively manage risks and obstacles. Report on all activities as required or requested.
Managing and maintaining program registration system.
Developing and deploying tools to measure effectiveness of training courses.
Monitoring all created web pages for updates, and analyze web traffic.
Ensuring e-learning is compliant with all applicable standards and policies.
Innovating new media platforms to integrate into all learning environments.
Performing all operational tasks required for the management of the platform used within Professional Education.

The Associate Manager, Learning Media Design is responsible for the development and improvement of the Professional Education website, online program registration process, and e-learning content creation that partners creative instructional design standards, subject matter expertise and product messaging for effective and engaging multimedia learning experiences geared toward the adult learner.
